New Policies!
Check in time is at 2:00 pm and our check out time is noon. 
You must check in at the store before occupying a site.

Standard rates include 2 people and 2 vehicles per night.  Vehicles are all autos and boats not including the RV.  Additional vehicles will be charged at the rate of $5.00 per night, $20.00 per week, $50.00 per month and are expected to remain in our overflow parking area only.  Boats will not be charged as additional vehicles if docking space has been purchased.

Reservation Policies:
Seasonal Reservations - One month deposit is required.
All Other Reservations - Payment in full at time of booking.

Wishon Village has always endeavored to locate each guest in their preferred site, but this convenience cannot be guaranteed and should not be expected in all circumstances.  We reserve the right to assign all sites as we deem appropriate and, therefore, no site will be guaranteed until guest arrival.

Cancellation Policies:
Cancellation requests made outside of 10 days prior to arrival are subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee.
Requests made within 10 days of arrival will be charged the above $10.00 fee plus one night’s stay.
Cancellations and no-shows that occur on the day of arrival will receive no refund.
Requests for shortened stays made upon arrival will not receive a partial refund.

Holiday Cancellation Policy: (Memorial, July 4th & Labor Day Weekends)

Cancellation requests made outside of 10 days prior to arrival are subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee.
Requests made within 10 days of arrival, but prior to 3 days before arrival will be charged the above $10.00 fee plus one night’s stay.

Requests made within 72 hours (3 days) of reservation will receive no refund.

Included and Additional Rates:

Each RV and Tent site has a maximum occupancy of 6 people.  Purchase of an additional site will be required when site occupancy exceeds 6 people. Children under the age of 5 are free.

Pets:
Each pet will be charged an additional $3.00 per night or $50.00 per month.  It is expected that all pets remain on a leash and are picked up after at all times.
Additional Electrical Appliances:
Charges will be applied for all electrical appliances located outside the RV, such as refrigerators, freezers, ice makers, etc… at the rate of $1.00 per day or $15.00 per month.

Campers:
By law, all campers MUST remain on vehicle at all times.

Generators are not allowed at Wishon Village Resort.
