2012 RV and Tent Site Rates and Regulations
Below you can find a list of all of our rates based on the total number of people that will be in your site. There are always 2 people and 2 vehicles included in the base rate for all RV and Tent Site reservations below, with a maximum of 6 people allowed per site, NO EXCEPTIONS. Children under 5 years old are free, but DO count towards the total number of people allowed per site. Pets are an additional $3/day, $15/week or $50/month, per pet. Extra vehicles are an additional $5/day, $20/week or $50/month, per vehicle. Holiday Weekends are at a different rate as shown below. See the rate breakdown as follows... We understand that your extra guests and their pets and vehicles will come and go during your extended stay with us, so each occurrence will be billed on the daily, weekly or monthly rate, whichever is cheapest, depending on how many days they stay. Maximum of 6 people per site at one time. RV Sites (Holiday Weekend Rate) Holiday rates apply to Memorial Weekend, July 4th Weekend, the Kiwanis Fishing Derby, and Labor Day Weekend and require a 3 night minimum purchase regardless of length of stay. Maximum of 6 people per site.

Interested in staying longer than a week in one of our rentals? Let us know, we'll work something out. There is a maximum of 6 people per rental unit site and absolutely NO PETS OR SMOKING is allowed.

Vehicles are all autos and boats not including the RV and are expected to be kept in the site or in our overflow parking areas only. Boats will not be charged as additional vehicles if docking space has been purchased.

Extra people - There is a maximum of 6 people allowed per site, NO EXCEPTIONS without prior approval from management. Anyone arriving with more than 6 people must purchase an additional site whether they choose to use it or not. A second occurrence will result in immediate removal from the park with no refund. ALL overnight visitors are to report to the office upon arrival and these overnighters should not cause the site occupancy number to exceed 6 people. Visitors for the day only will be at no charge.

Dry storage is available at $5.00 per day, $75.00 per month for extra vehicles, boats, etc. A vehicle in dry storage will not be charged as a site extra during your stay in camp.

Outside additional electrical appliances such as refrigerators, freezers and ice makers: $15.00 per month per appliance.

Reservation Policies:
Seasonal reservations – one month deposit is required, second month is due upon arrival date. All other reservations – payment in full at time of booking.

Cancellation and Changed Reservation Policy:
A $10.00 fee will be charged for ALL cancelled, shortened, or moved reservations (date change). Reservations cancelled, shortened, or moved within 10 days of the scheduled date of arrival will ALSO be charged one night stay (per site).

Day of cancellations and no-shows will receive NO REFUND and guests choosing to depart early will not recieve a partial refund.

Holiday/Special Event Cancellation and Changed Reservation Policy:
(Memorial, July 4th, Labor Day & Fishing Derby Weekends and any Special Event weekends)

Wishon Village has always endeavored to locate each guest in their preferred site, but this convenience cannot be guaranteed and should not be expected in every circumstance. Ultimately, we reserve the right to assign all sites as we deem appropriate and, therefore, no site will be guaranteed until guest arrival.
